Great place with its excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and spa facilities. The staff once helped me with a late departure, which I appreciated. I highly recommend trying their delicious breakfast and cocktails.

Nice hotel, near the subway and shops (clothes and groceries). Great breakfast. Room has everything you need.
There's no such thing.

The complimentary Prosecco and chocolates for our anniversary surprised us and made our stay even more special. The cozy courtyard provided the perfect ambiance for relaxation after exploring the city.

the hotel is situated in an old building and has a nice small garden inside.
The view of the rooms is poor. The twin beds were small.

We got room with comfortable decor and a fine bathroom to relax. The view was nice, the service was good. We didn't mind paying extra gbp 30 per day for parking. Location: the hotel was near Prague, famous tourist attractions and the center of Prague.

Slices of fresh bread and fruit for a wonderful and comprehensive breakfast with great omelettes freshly cooked.

The Hotel Elite had an power problem and we were relocated to a sister hotel which was a very good solution for us. For our surprise the sister hotel (Hotel the Charles) was very nice and the location was perfect. The hotel did its best to make the relocation easy.
The breakfast could be more variated.

Not like almost everything, very well located hotel, 10 minutes from all the important to visit near the old and new area. We were next to a subway station, a shopping mall, and trams, something important because you move around a lot. We were in room 304 and it was wonderful and very big, with wooden beams respecting the old style but restored. The breakfast was very good, great variety, a tip was that there was always someone who made you freshly made tortillas to your liking. At the reception no one spoke Spanish but it was nice to see how they made an effort to make themselves understood. I stayed with Josep, a very nice guy who was worried about us understanding each other. We give a 10 to this hotel if we go again we will repeat without any doubt.
To put something the hot water was a little bit hard to regulate ... but it was nothing remarkable.

The decor of the hotel as advertised, added that little touch to the European style which was nice. The location was so central, right at the subway (subsequently very busy on the main sidewalk) and a short walk to both Old Town and Wenceslas Square. Some staff were awesome in lending a helping hand and others not so great.
We were told we couldn't drink anything not bought at the bar in the garden area off the hotel...this little rule should go.

The spacious and clean room retained charming old-world character, while the staff consistently demonstrated good service. Breakfast offered a great selection of hot and cold items. Thin walls allowed for intrusive noise from neighboring rooms and the street, detracting from an otherwise pleasant stay. The picturesque building and proximity to major attractions added to the experience.

While the hotel was not located in the old town it was very central and safe to walk around even at night. The staff were helpful and tried to understand what our needs were even with the language barriers. I would recommend this hotel to future travellers. To be able to go outside and sit in a peaceful garden area was very relaxing and beautiful.

Location was good and staff was helpful, despite all the stress she was experiencing and problems to solve
We had to wait for a room to be available. Check-in was at 14h we were given the room at 15h30. We had booked a 3-bed room and were given a tiny 2-bed room with a spare bed. The bathroom was tiny and there were no towels. The lift did not work for quite a long period which was quite uncomfortable.
