Possibly the best and very positive stay for my business trip. Marvellous, charming location in Prague 1 district close to the tram station.- Close to the metro station, tram stops, and grocery store.

Outstanding service here! 🌟 We stayed in a lovely double room with a cool painted ceiling, had all we needed—the staff was top-notch too! Plus, the location was perfect, close to lots of yummy restaurants and fun bars.

We got room with comfortable decor and a fine bathroom to relax. The view was nice, the service was good. We didn't mind paying extra gbp 30 per day for parking. Location: the hotel was near Prague, famous tourist attractions and the center of Prague.

The view of the rooms is poor. The twin beds were small.

The restaurant at this venue offered affordable and delicious dinner options.

Not like almost everything, very well located hotel, 10 minutes from all the important to visit near the old and new area. We were next to a subway station, a shopping mall, and trams, something important because you move around a lot. We were in room 304 and it was wonderful and very big, with wooden beams respecting the old style but restored. The breakfast was very good, great variety, a tip was that there was always someone who made you freshly made tortillas to your liking. At the reception no one spoke Spanish but it was nice to see how they made an effort to make themselves understood. I stayed with Josep, a very nice guy who was worried about us understanding each other. We give a 10 to this hotel if we go again we will repeat without any doubt.

To put something the hot water was a little bit hard to regulate ... but it was nothing remarkable.

The hotel was in a handy and easy location, next to a tube station. Charming small and exceptionally clean place, everything was fine. We only slept at the standard room with individual beds, but loved it.

The Hotel Elite had an power problem and we were relocated to a sister hotel which was a very good solution for us. For our surprise the sister hotel (Hotel the Charles) was very nice and the location was perfect. The hotel did its best to make the relocation easy.

The breakfast could be more variated.

The decor of the hotel as advertised, added that little touch to the European style which was nice. The location was so central, right at the subway (subsequently very busy on the main sidewalk) and a short walk to both Old Town and Wenceslas Square. Some staff were awesome in lending a helping hand and others not so great.

We were told we couldn't drink anything not bought at the bar in the garden area off the hotel...this little rule should go.

The standard king room has a comfy bed, climate control, storage space, and coffee, along with a convenient location next to a tube station.
